We have received word from Zendesk that systems are now operational - our in-platform help center, knowledge base, community, and ticketing center are all now available.

Our team will resume work to support members and respond to tickets as quickly as possible, and we will monitor our support channels to confirm they remain performant.

We are aware that Zendesk, which provides help center and ticketing system software for our members, is currently experiencing an outage.

As a result, we are unable to provide updates on tickets and members will be unable to access help center articles until Zendesk provides resolution.
