We are contacting you today regarding an upcoming scheduled platform update being performed on our cloud infrastructure.
This update will occur during off-peak hours based on the server’s location in our Americas data center. This maintenance is expected to take place on your server on the evening of Wednesday, January 24th between 8PM and 2AM PST. This maintenance will typically result in up to 25 minutes of downtime as the server is restarted. We will be monitoring the situation closely and communicating with the infrastructure provider regularly to ensure minimal disruption to your site(s).
