Resolved - Zendesk has resolved the issue affecting our help center and ticket system, and we are able to receive and respond to requests normally.

Identified - Identified - We are aware that Zendesk, our help center and ticket system, is currently experiencing outages on all components.

As a result, we may be unable to provide updates on tickets and members may be unable to access help center articles. Zendesk is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve it.

Scheduled - Our cloud server provider will be performing server performance and security updates for the LexBlog Platform and Premier Managed Platform starting Friday, March 10 at 11 p.m. EST and ending by 5 a.m. EST on Saturday, March 11.

During this window, sites may be unavailable for up to five minutes while the updates are applied. We will be monitoring to ensure that sites return to normal once the maintenance is complete.
